Responsibilities
  • Handling contract management and contract renewal.
  • Providing benefit services to employee, such as insurance and BPJS Kesehatan.
  • Managing outsourcing data account and billing to be paid monthly.
  • Managing employee`s absent, permit, and leave.
Requirements
  • Min. bachelor degree from any major.
  • Min. 1 year experience in HR Operation/ Generalist.
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel and good analytical thinking.
  • Good communication skill, to interact and give the best service to employee.
  • Well adaptable and fast learner.
